Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pick UP:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday. If you need a different time, please email us at info@maxilite.net and we can try and accommodate a time that works for you. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For orders over $100, shipping is free Canada wide!

For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $15

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of Canada at the moment.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that are customized to specific specifications made by the customer are not eligible to be returned.

Products that are clearly marked as non-returnable on the Product Details Page are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
